As the Sales Manager for the UK you’ll be responsible for achieving personal sales targets for the region as you report into the Head of Sales: UK. The role is hybrid based in London. August is the modern way to own holiday homes in Europe. With August, you own not one, but five holiday homes. We are launching a number of collections this year and aim to significantly scale that number in the coming years. More collections means more Homeowners. We are looking for an all star sales professional with extensive experience from luxury, a deep passion for relationship building and an advisory selling style to join our growing sales advisory team. You will be responsible for a large portion of sales in our largest and home market: the UK. More than this, you’ll do it at the height of advisory and luxury, focusing on relationship building, creating trust and advising, selling a lifestyle more than anything. This role is an exciting opportunity to directly contribute to the rapid growth of the company and the top level strategy for the region with a lot of opportunity for growth within the role and company. You most likely have international experience in either: real estate, travel, hospitality, luxury goods and services, retail, the arts, media, and events philanthropy. This role is for you if you love being an integral part of a growing team, have a passion for sales at the highest level and a track record closing deals in excess of six figures to support this. Report to the Head of Sales: UK Responsible for a large portion of sales in the UK region, ensuring personal targets are met Work with a designated team of Sales Development Representatives to help qualify leads and manage the top of your funnel. Support team members and lead by example, coaching in your day-to-day. Develop and nurture long standing relationships with leading prospect clients, building, nurturing and maintaining your pipeline. Regular reporting and analysis of your pipeline and initiatives driving business forward. Contribute to business development efforts for the region, identifying and supporting new initiatives and strategies alongside the sales and marketing teams as well as inputting to the product strategy. You’re an English speaker based in London, UK. You have 5+ years of relevant sales experience in the luxury sectors (real estate is a bonus). Strong insight and understanding into the local UK market and consumer. Used to a long touch sales process. Experience working with account management and CRM tools such as Hubspot.
