Technical services manager

I am currently working with a a number of well established Principal Contractors who specialise in Cat A and Cat B Fit Out and Refurbishment projects varying from £5- 60 Mill within the Commercial Office, Leisure and High End Resi sectors, who are searching for an experienced Technical or Building Services Manager at various levels to oversee M& E Packages on their projects. If you are an experience Technical Services Manager working for a Principal Contractor with a full understanding of both Mechanical and Electrical Packages within Fit Out and Refub Projects and would be interested in discussing this further please contact me on the details attached Must have’s * Fit Out experience. * Full understanding of M& E Packages. * UK project experience. * Authorisation to work in the UK.
