Job Title: Senior Manager, Global IT Systems Job Function: Global Operations Job Type: Full-time Location: UK North (Maxim) Job Description: Proclinical is seeking a Senior Manager for Global IT Systems. This role involves collaborating with end users, business leads, suppliers, and partners to deliver secure, scalable, reliable, and effective IT solutions and services. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of high-quality information and business systems in a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality due to access to sensitive business information. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with end users, business leads, suppliers, and partners to deliver IT solutions and services. - Contribute to the delivery of high-quality information and business systems. - Lead, plan, coordinate, and implement the Global IT strategy across all global office and site locations. - Establish and maintain IT solutions while ensuring the continuity of IT systems. - Manage effective supplier and partner relationships. Key Skills and Requirements: - Previous experience as an IT Manager within a multi-site organization, ideally global and/or with a high degree of change with manufacturing facilities. - Demonstrated ability to make sound judgments with superior problem-solving skills. - Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks effectively and efficiently. - Ability to work as a member of a team and to manage diverse teams within tight deadlines. - Flexibility in a rapidly changing business environment. - Experience handling business critical system outages. - Familiarity with working in an ISO 27001 certified organization. - Technical Leadership skills, such as enabling continuous improvement, solution design, requirements elicitation. - Cisco CCNA/CCENT qualification or equivalent. - Tertiary qualification in Information Technology.
