JOB TITLE: Competition Litigation Lawyer LOCATION: From £145,000 + Bonus Join a top-tier global law firm as an Associate in the competition litigation team within their London office. This leading practice consistently ranks among the best in the field, with a dynamic group of lawyers based in Europe, Asia, and Australia. The firm represents leading financial institutions, top Fortune and FTSE companies across various industries, regulatory bodies, and national governments. The competition litigation team handles a full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious matters, including cartel investigations, competition litigation, merger control, antitrust advice, and regulatory issues. This role will focus significantly on contentious matters, particularly private enforcement and competition disputes. The team has a market-leading competition litigation practice that works closely with the wider Dispute Resolution division and includes a unique QC-led advocacy unit and a specialized document review function. In this role, you will manage cases involving damages actions in the High Court and Competition Appeal Tribunal, as well as responding to multi-jurisdictional claims. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of post-qualified experience in competition law, including experience in competition disputes within the High Court or Competition Appeal Tribunal. A stellar academic profile is essential, with a minimum of a 2:1 degree.
