Product Manager

Job Title: Product Manager Salary: £40,000 Location: Thurrock Reference: (phone number removed) Our client is a leading food business who supply to a variety of the major retailers. As they continue to expand and grow their presence in the marketplace they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Product Manager to join their business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Customer Product Stock Management: * Oversee product stocks and produce daily stock allocation and order of use. * Conduct product re-inspections and update consignment level yield information. Quality Control Verification: * Verify all QC team reports and scores. * Update the systems with action plans and work instructions. * Publish and send verified QC reports, and action any revisions. Customer Rejection Management: * Update systems with rejection information and complete investigation responses. * Collaborate with the Technical team to update processes and provide staff training. Customer Liaison: * Maintain communication with customer Product Managers and Technical Managers. * Share quality information with the team and provide weekly performance updates. Service Level Performance: * Maintain and update Quality Service Level reports. * Update the complaints dashboard.
