Technical Project Manager – Power Generation Lead High-Value Projects in the Power Generation Industry! We are expanding and looking for an experienced leader to oversee turnkey projects, ensuring every phase from planning to execution is seamless. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage high-value power generation projects from start to finish. * Oversee domestic and international projects, ensuring seamless integration into power grids. * Act as a technical expert, providing guidance to clients and internal teams. * Manage subcontractors and develop your project team’s capabilities. * Deliver regular updates to senior leadership on project milestones and outcomes. * Implement risk mitigation strategies to meet project timelines. * Ensure projects stay on budget while maintaining high standards. You'll Bring: * Proven experience managing multi-megawatt power generation projects, with a focus on diesel and gas systems. * Strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, especially in grid integration. * Leadership abilities, including mentoring cross-functional teams. * Excellent client relationship management, ensuring project goals are met. * Flexibility to travel internationally (20-30%). * A Master’s degree in Engineering (preferred but not essential with relevant technical experience).
