You'll Bring: * Proven experience managing multi-megawatt power generation projects, with a focus on diesel and gas systems. * Strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, especially in grid integration. * Leadership abilities, including mentoring cross-functional teams. * Excellent client relationship management, ensuring project goals are met. * Flexibility to travel internationally (20-30%). * A Master’s degree in Engineering (preferred but not essential with relevant technical experience).
