Paid Social Account Director Leeds - Hybrid £45,000 - £55,000 I am currently working with a Leeds based integrated agency, who are looking to for a Paid Social expert. A such, I am looking to speak with individuals who are at Senior Account Manager level looking for their next challenge, or experienced Account Directors. Their Media Team works together and integrates smoothly to create one combined, well-oiled machine Organic spanning across Social Media, Digital PR and SEO while paid counterparts look at Paid Social and Search strategies. About the role Due to recent expansion and future plans to really carve out a big Paid Social media presence, we are looking for somebody who can own the entire paid social offering. Your wider team will have other Paid Media leads who look after their own teams of Execs and Account Managers. In the first instance, you will be helping teach the best ways of working on Paid Social by training and educating the other Leads team members. You will also be given the opportunity in time to be actively involved in the recruitment process to build a strong paid social team, in time, after strengthening the existing offering. You will still be involved in end-to-end paid social strategy from taking the brief from the Senior Leadership team, to creating a plan of action, ideation, sign offs and analysis of figures to present back to the client and internal directors. You will also be actively involved in the activation and day to day roll out of the Paid Social campaigns. You can expect to work very closely with other Head's of / Account Directors in different silo's within the business to ensure you are collaborating seamlessly. The aim is to grow and develop the existing portfolio that the agency has (which is very sizeable) but to take the lead on developing new ideas, business and opportunities. About you My client is looking to speak with experienced paid social individuals who can be a Senior Social Media Manager, looking to take the next step or a seasoned Account Director - looking for a new challenge. You will have at least 6 or 7 years experience in social media and at least 2 of those most recent years will have been with a paid social focus. You will have demonstrable experience working across a range of different internal teams to be part of the bigger picture when it comes to meeting deadlines and hitting targets. Of course, all of this will be done with the brands mission, vision and focus at the forefront but you will also be expected to be a big, creative thinker who is super organised within strategy planning. We want somebody who is a visionary and can steer the direction of the juniors in the team seamlessly.
