Responsibilities of the SEN Teaching Assistant: Delivering one-on-one support and ensuring a safe, structured environment tailored to the child's needs. Assisting in sensory regulation activities to support the student's focus and engagement in class tasks. Working alongside the classroom teacher to adapt materials and activities, making them accessible and manageable for the student. Implementing behaviour management techniques to promote positive learning experiences.
