Since Vittoria on the Walk was first opened by Nonno Alberto in Leith more than 50 years ago, three generations of our family have expanded the Vittoria Hospitality Group across this beautiful city and we are delighted to announce our next new opening venture. Our new stunning site will be located on North Bridge in the city centre of Edinburgh. We are looking to hire our opening team of experienced chefs, at all levels, to join us in opening our new site, Landys. Someone that enjoys a fast-paced busy environment, is passionate about food and has a desire to learn and grow within the business. The role itself: Maximises guest satisfaction by providing the highest & consistent food quality. Support with Cost Control Margins. Support with Control Profitability Margins. Spec Control & Recipes & Wastage. Adhere to all aspects of Food Safety & Health & Safety Standards. Control allergens and all other food compliance. What do you get: Standard 45 hour working week over days, nights and weekends. Very competitive rate of pay depending on experience plus Tronc tips. Development and training options if required.
