The Associate Quantity Surveyors' role As the Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll be at the forefront of delivering a wide range of exciting projects, from commercial new builds and high-rise residential developments to bespoke luxury properties and sports facilities. Projects range in value from £200k to £300m, with a secure pipeline spanning the next few years, including high-profile waterfront apartments, hotels, listed buildings, and large-scale student accommodation. You will start by managing a diverse project portfolio and, as the workload expands, you will play a key role in recruiting and building your own team. This role is ideal for an ambitious, client-facing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for business development, networking, and nurturing strong client relationships. Starting as the Sole Quantity Surveyor in the Leeds office, you will have the autonomy and support to shape your own team, with clear progression to Director and beyond.
