Supply Chain & Operations Manager (D2C)

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Location: London Bridge (Hybrid), 2 days working from the office, 3 days from home We’re excited to be partnering with a fantastic D2C start-up business that is reshaping the world of pet care and are on an exciting high-growth journey Based in central London, they are currently on a look out for a dynamic Senior Supply Chain & Operations Manager to join their team, and work closely with a visionary CEO, leading critical day-to-day operations, and playing a pivotal role in scaling the business to new heights. If you’re highly analytical, impact-driven, and thrive in fast-paced environments – this role could be for you About the role: Play a key part in setting the strategic vision for supply chain operations, developing scalable, cost-effective processes that align with the global growth ambitions. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across the value chain to drive operational efficiencies. Oversee demand planning, inventory management and stock control, ensuring optimal stock levels, to support the business needs. Manage key relationships with 3PL providers and suppliers to ensure seamless supply chain operations Collaborate closely with the wider leadership team to ensure operational goals are aligned with company goals, continuously improving processes to drive business success. About you: Proven experience leading supply chain operations for a D2C/global e-commerce brand. Ability to work in fast-pace and high-growth environments. Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability. Experience working with Shopify, Zendesk and/or Mintsoft.
