Mechanical Supervisor - Water Industry - £55k OTE - 33 Days Holiday - Progression - Exciting projects - Paid door to door - 40 Hour Basic Week J3A Recruitment are excited to be working with a well established M+E contractor who have gained trust with numerous water frameworks over the years. Due to continued growth and further expansion, they are adding to their field teams and are looking to employ experienced Mechanical Supervisors who can tackle work within their order book. For the right Mechanical Supervisor, you can find yourself working on exciting projects around the South East of England. Play a pivotal role in completion of mechanical projects and have the opportunity for further training & development. Duties of Mechanical Supervisor * Be responsible for the supervision of the day to day workload of site team activities designated by the project Engineer * Ensure all relevant Permit to works on Site are issued and managed. * Lead Site based activities, to include client liaising, updating the Project engineer on daily progress and informing of any Site issues that arise. * Be the Site leader on Projects allocated to, with responsibility for all Site based activities while the Project engineer is not present. Requirements / Must Haves of the Mechanical Supervisor * Qualified Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or similar or failing this, 5 years experience in the field * SSSTS / SMSTS * Previous experience Supervising in an industrial environment * Experience with Penstocks, Valves, Pumps would be beneficial * Full Drivers licence Package for the Mechanical Supervisor * £19 per hour basic / £39,520 * Door to door pay - Engineers can earn £55k+ * Fully expenses company van * Expenses all covered * 33 days holiday * 4% matched pension * Opportunities for progression - People have progressed in to management Other titles considered - Site Supervisor, SSSTS, Mechanical Foreman, Mechanical Chargehand, Mechanical Manager, Senior Mechanical Fitter, Site Manager, Mechanical Lead, Senior Technician
