This full-time position pays up to £90 per day, depending on your experience and qualifications. The role is set to start ASAP and may extend until the end of the next academic year. Responsibilities: As the selected candidate, you will take charge of managing the school's library as a resource base and provide valuable intervention support. Your day-to-day tasks will include supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, collaborating closely with the class teacher, and implementing effective differentiation and behavior management techniques. Qualifications and Skills: While previous experience in a Secondary School environment is advantageous, it is not mandatory. We are looking for someone with strong behavior management skills and a flexible skillset across subjects. A patient and nurturing demeanor, along with enthusiasm and a willingness to be actively involved in and out of the classroom, are highly valued. Additionally, a good sense of humor and an approachable and flexible attitude will be appreciated.
