Job Title: Temporary Recruitment Advisor Location: Watford Remuneration: Hourly rate from £17.00ph to £18.00ph paid on a weekly basis Contract Details: Starting ASAP up until Christmas with possible extension into the new year Responsibilities: Source and recruit top talent for the organisation Collaborate with line managers to understand hiring needs and requirements Maintain and update job postings on the portal and social media platforms ( Linked-In ) Conduct candidate screenings and interviews Keeping the tracker up to date Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Assist in the on boarding process for new hiresWhat we're looking for: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience within sales recruitment Ability to handle a high volume of recruitment tasks Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Proactive and self-motivatedIf you are passionate about recruitment and enjoy connecting people with exciting career opportunities, we want to hear from you!
