Job Requirements / Description
Associate Structural Engineer
West London
£60,000 - £65,000 plus bonus
As an experienced, chartered structural engineer, you’re at the top of your game. What you’re looking for now, is the position, rewards, and recognition that come with it.
You’re not content with small value, high volume jobs with little to no challenge. You want to work on a more diverse project portfolio. Higher value, more complexity, more satisfaction.
Now it’s time for you to step up into a truly career-defining role where you can achieve a lot more than is possible in your current company.
The opportunity
We’re talking about a prominent, rapidly-growing structural engineering practice that prides itself on delivering schemes across a diverse range of sectors. Private or public sector. New development, regeneration, or refurbishment, you’ll get involved in it all - up to £50m in value.
No two projects and no two days are the same for you here.
You’ll be joining an office of circa 30 staff, with a view to growing the team organically over the next few years, continuing the trend of being one of the most attractive companies to work for in the whole of London.
If you’re currently a Senior Structural Engineer, even a Principal, this is your opportunity to grasp the nettle and take an active, decisive next step in your career toward senior management and leading a team.
What else is in it for you?
30 days’ annual leave, plus the flexibility to work around your lifestyle with hybrid working.
Annual bonus of circa 10%.
5% employer's pension contribution.
You’ve read this far, so chances are this is sounding pretty good and certainly worth finding out more about.
What do you need to do next?
No need to update your CV at this stage - get in touch with Darryl Yates at Flux Consulting for a zero-obligation chat and to find out more about how all of this could be your next move - (phone number removed)
