Contracts Manager

I am looking for a Contracts Manager for a Restoration project on a Grade 1 and 2 Listed building in Lincolnshire.

Previous experience in running restoration or remedial projects is essential. Specialised processes undertaken to repair, restore, or improve a building or structure that has suffered from defects, damage, or deterioration over time.

The need for remedial work can arise from a variety of factors, including poor workmanship, natural wear and tear, environmental impacts, or the emergence of latent defects. Undertaking comprehensive remedial work helps maintain the structural integrity of buildings, ensuring they remain safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing for their occupants.
