Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer Location: Notting Hill Day rate: £42,000 to £47,000 We are assisting an NHS client in London to recruit an Electrical Engineer on a Permanent basis. The successful post holder will be responsible for one healthcare facility in Notting Hill. They will ensure that the sites are safe, compliant, and ready to serve the community. Key Criteria * Performs some semi-skilled maintenance tasks and checks, including basic Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) checks for Water, Fire, Ventilation, Electrical and Building Fabric to ensure the Trust’s buildings and grounds adhere to statutory compliance and are fit for purpose. * Installs, maintains, services and repairs a range of estates services equipment across all areas of their responsibility. * Competent Person level in at least one of the following: Water, Electrical, Ventilation, Lifts, Fire, Medical Gas, Pressure System, or other estate-related area. * Delivery small minor works as directed by the trust * Builds relationships with Site Service Managers (SSMs), stakeholders and external service providers and contractors, to support the delivery of services in a professional, timely manner.
