Account Director (Sports), London (Hybrid) - Up to £50k dependent on experience
An exciting opportunity on offer here for an Account Director with a background in sports. You'll be joining an agency with some huge names to work with. You'll be responsible for delivering campaigns across PR, partnerships, sponsorship, digital, experiential, and influencer engagement. Are you a sports expert?
Joining them, you'll be working with a variety of clients ensuring the smooth running of all campaigns alongside various departments from briefing through to execution and reporting. You'll advise on earned communications across PR, social, and sponsorship assets, having a strong understanding of media and social media.
The Account Director they're looking for will be someone from a similar sports background, having an understanding of the different channels used to achieve client objectives. You'll have strong project management skills as well as an understanding of brand and rights holder partnerships. The Account Director they're looking for will also have great interpersonal skills.
- Day-to-day management of account and client teams, being the main point of contact for clients
- Lead campaigns from planning to activation and evaluation across PR, partnerships, sponsorship, digital, experiential, and influencer engagement
- Managing and driving rich editorial opportunities such as exclusives, interviews, and features
- Monitoring media for all client coverage
- Building and maintaining relationships with key media
- Strong account handling experience
- Great knowledge of clients in the sports and entertainment landscape
- Experience across a variety of channels including PR, partnerships, sponsorship, digital, and experiential
- Understanding of brand and rights holder partnerships
- Great organisational skills
