Quality CMM Inspector

Express Recruitment are delighted to be representing a world leading performance manufacturer in the heart of Derbyshire who are looking for a Quality CMM Inspector to join their talented team. They are offering up to c£35,000 per annum D.O.E. alongside a generous benefits package including a pension scheme, free onsite parking, the opportunity to work overtime, comprehensive training, and sick pay. Roles & Responsibilities * Carry out visual and dimensional inspection on machines using tools including gauges, verniers, micrometres and calipers * Source components based on stringent specifications * Draw using a wide range of tools * Run approved CMM programs * Ensure processes are completed in line with regulations and approved standards * Comply with ISO9001:2015 QMS requirements * Maintain inspection documents and ensure they are logged on the QMS correctly Skills & Requirements * Apprentice trained in relevant engineering discipline * Demonstrable quality inspection experience in a precision engineering environment * Experience in Automotive, Motorsport or Aerospace sector preferred * Able to understand and interpret engineering drawings * Experience in running CMM programs highly advantageous * Experience working with Mitutoyo CMM desirable but not essential * Possess excellent attention to detail * Be self-motivated and confident with solid communication skills, both verbally and written * Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel About Express Recruitment Express Recruitment has been offering exceptional recruitment solutions across the East Midlands since 1987, “exceeding expectations every time” of over 267,000 candidates.
