About the role

The business development team is the backbone of our business, so we are looking for bright, motivated, organised self-starters to join us and further develop their careers.
As a marketing manager you'll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, In this role you’ll be expected to be creative, data driven and be able to execute on ideas put forward. You’ll work together with the managing Director and Commercial Director to hit and exceed your own targets, while contributing to the business’s wider objectives.
You will...
· Come in and work with external agencies to foster and develop existing relationships
· Build relationships with decision makers internally, ensuring exec level buy in for your strategies
· Understand client needs and build marketing strategies around those needs
· Support the commercial team in the execution of sales initiatives
The key function of this role will be centered around building and executing on a central strategy of generating Business to Business leads.
What we are looking for
Experience:
· Experience working with a rapidly growing scale up, in the business to business space
· Experience across different fields, namely SEO, PPC, PR and others
· Experience in a role where pipeline generation has been a requirement
