THE ROLE We’re looking for an experienced Social Lead to join the team.The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering best in class, social first content and know how to make the algorithm work in your favour. It is essential that you are someone who loves pop-culture and storytelling…you can define “brat summer” as well as knowing TikTok’s latest feature.You will have between 5-8 years experience in social, preferably in agency roles, understanding the pace and processes required to manage multiple client social accounts at once. You will know how to deliver excellence, being a creative and strategic thinker when it comes to client social strategies. Reporting into the Head of Social, you will oversee our social team in the day to day management of our retained social accounts, supplying guidance and creative direction, working alongside our strategists and client services team to ensure this aligns to client expectations. Reactivity is key to this role, knowing what’s trending before it is, and keeping our clients on the pulse of what’s happening in pop culture and online conversation. We work with global and household names and we’re incredibly proud of the work we do and the people we work with. Some of our agency clients include: Meta, BOXPARK, Popeyes, Pernod Ricard and Be At One.DAY-TO-DAYYou’ll be overseeing the social and content team to deliver social first content for our clientsOverseeing the day to day running of social accounts including always on and reactive content.You will be approving content before it goes to the client, so you will require exceptional attention to detail, knowledge of what makes content stick and in-depth knowledge of our clients.Working with our Client Services team to receive client briefs and deliver them to deadline.Contribute to strategic social media consultancy to all clients and developing social strategy and toolkit documents for brands.Ensuring creative excellence is delivered across all clients, considering new content approachesYou will guide the team in delivering community engagement strategies for our social clients. You may be required to attend client shoots to capture content.WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL5-8 years total social experience, preferably within an agency environment Highly organised, with immaculate attention to detail.Expert knowledge of social planning and analytics tools, e.g. Notion, Sprout, HootSuite, BrandWatch, Meta Business Suite, etc. Experience working with established clients/brands.Experience of working on retained clients and campaigns in tangent.A real love for all things social, trend spotting, analysis with the ability to translate these elements for branded content.A hunger to deliver award-winning work.Strong presentation, written and verbal skills.
