PR Senior Account Executive / Account Manager - Corporate and B2B Communications
Our client is a rapidly growing PR agency specializing in corporate communications, crisis management, reputation management, and thought leadership . With a small, highly skilled team led by industry professionals from large agencies, they bring big-agency expertise without the red tape , working with both global clients and exciting smaller companies.
Level: Senior Account Executive / Account Manager
Salary: They are very flexible and do not want to use strict bandings. Fully remote (Must be UK based)
The Ideal Candidate : They are looking for a news hound – someone passionate about current events, a confident self-starter who isn’t afraid to network, pitch to journalists, and help clients shine. Work on meaningful projects : Flexible, supportive culture : Flexibility in salary and career growth : No rigid pay bands – your compensation will be based on your experience and potential. Promotions are equally flexible; Fully remote work (for now): In six months, they plan to establish a shared workspace in London, but office presence will be flexible.
Bonuses & commissions : Spot bonuses and new business commissions available at every level.
Their standard hours are 9 am to 5:30 pm, but they treat everyone like adults, allowing flexibility where needed.
Home working support : They’ll provide you with the tools you need to work effectively from home.
Contribute to client work across brand, reputation, and media relations projects .
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a primary contact for key accounts.
Support in the development of communication plans, proposals, and high-quality written content .
