An award-winning tech company are looking for a Product Director to play a pivotal role in their period of growth, shaping the global product strategy and aligning it with the company's overarching business objectives.
You will report directly to the CTO, driving the strategic vision and overseeing the execution of the product roadmap.
This role demands a focus on revenue growth, a clear product vision and strong leadership to guide and inspire the product team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with C-Suite to define priorities
- Implement best practises & KPI's
- Oversee the product lifecycle and manage risks
- Mentor & develop a high-performing team
- Ensure functionality, quality & usability exceed customer expectations
- Manage budgets and drive revenue growth through innovation, expansion and customer acquisition
- Solid understanding of search & SEO
