NECTO Search and Selection are currently recruiting for an experienced P6 / Primavera Planner for a leading Irish Contractor with operations across Europe. As a planner you will be involved in the programming, scheduling and overall detailing of a Data Centre in the Nordics. This role is suited to an experienced Planner that is happy to be located close to a site in Nordics with flights, accommodation, daily living allowance and a generous salary and bonus structure on par with leading European Contractors.

Responsibilities
- Work with the project team and prepare a detailed construction programme
- Work with the project team prepare detailed design and procurement programmes and schedules.
- Primarily liaise with the Project Manager and Site Managers to review project progress.
- Monitor critical activities on the project programme.
- Report progress internally to the Directors and externally to Clients and make comparison between planned and actual progress.
- Assist with the development of monthly progress reports.
- Present information for internal meetings on the project.
- Control and Record Programme revisions.
- Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.
- Liaise with suppliers to organise the phases of the works package.
Qualifications
- Construction Qualification Preferred.
- All Levels of experience in Construction Planning considered.
- Previous use of P6 is essential.
- IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to interact with all project personnel.
- Well organised with a methodical, energetic, proactive, and confident approach to work.
- Ability to work to deadlines individually and as part of a team.
