Class 1 Driver – Thrapston NN14 We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our clients Distribution Center based in Thrapston as a Class 1 Driver. Class 1 Delivery Driver 3 MONTHS CLASS 1 DRIVING EXPERIENCE NEEDED Immediate Starts Available PM Start Times - 15.00 onwards On going work Friday - Tuesday Pay Rates are as follows: Weekdays Afternoons (1600- 2200) - £17.25 Nights (2200 – 0600) - £18.82 Time & a Half after 45 hours Weekends Afternoons (1600- 2200) - £21.95 Nights (2200 – 0600) - £23.52 PM Starts Available. Ad-hoc or 5 shifts a week – you decide. Ongoing work – Assessment required. Class 1 Delivery Driver Responsibilities Store deliveries. Unloading/loading - Boxes/rails. Routine vehicle checks and general upkeep/cleanliness of the cab. Making sure that the load is correctly placed and secure before driving. Essential Experience/ Qualities for this position Great work ethic. Minimum 1 year UK Class 1 driving experience. Digital Tacho Card & CPC Card. Comfortable with loading/unloading. Be professional and presentable at all times. Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances. Must not hold any more than 6 points on your license. No IN10, TT99 or DR10.
