We're looking for a talented Sous Chef to join an amazing team at a stunning Gastro Pub on the outskirts of Eastbourne where they pride themselves on using only the finest local ingredients to create unforgettable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities for the Sous Chef:
Assist the Head Chef in menu development and daily kitchen operations
Prepare and present high-quality dishes with a focus on flavor and creativity
Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards
Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold our pub's values
What You Bring:
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a gastro pub or fine dining environment
A passion for fresh, seasonal cooking and a strong understanding of flavor profiles
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
A commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
