Competition solicitor

Antitrust & Competition, US Firm, London, 2-5 PQE Further to a recent Partner hire, my client's Antitrust & Competition team in London is looking to grow, with the addition of a a 2-5 PQE associate.

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the partner, whilst they build out the Antitrust and Competition team in London. The matters on which the candidate can expect to work include merger control, regulatory, foreign and direct investment/ national security, complex behavioural investigations and antitrust counselling across a wide range of sectors, but primarily in the Technology, Financial services and Renewable energy sectors.

The successful candidate will have a strong grounding in advisory competition work; experience in contentious competition work is of benefit. Candidates will be qualified to practise in England and Wales.
