Brickwork Estimator Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for brickwork projects.
• Analyse project requirements, read technical drawings, and provide comprehensive estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure all financial aspects of the project are clear.
• Monitor costs and provide budget updates during ongoing projects.
• Assist in tendering for new projects and ensure all estimates align with company objectives.

What We re Looking For in a Brickwork Estimator:

• Proven experience in estimating within construction, ideally brickwork or scaffolding.
• Strong understanding of cost management and construction processes.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite.
