Framework Manager

Framework Manager – Southern Region (Kent, Brighton, Southampton) Location: Kent, Brighton, Southampton Red Sky Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a large civil engineering company, seeking an experienced Framework Manager to lead and manage one of their frameworks in the Southern Region. This role is key to driving success across projects within the region, with a focus on Kent, Brighton, and Southampton. Role Overview: As a Framework Manager, you will take full responsibility for building and strengthening client relationships, leading on engagement, and establishing project work programmes. You will manage resources and foster team growth while ensuring the delivery of successful projects aligned with the company's vision and strategic objectives. This is a leadership position, providing you with the autonomy to shape and grow the framework, backed by the necessary support to develop your team. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure health, safety, and environmental policies are effectively implemented * Manage framework performance against ISO HSQE accreditation standards * Develop and implement a comprehensive Framework Business Plan * Lead the design, resource, and risk management process * Encourage team involvement in meeting business goals and succession planning * Deliver operational and financial targets with a focus on reducing costs and maximising value * Proactively engage in business improvement and champion best practices * Foster strong client relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction Person Specification: Essential Requirements: * Previous experience in a Framework Management role, ideally within the Water Sector * Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying * Proven ability in team leadership, change management, and client relationship building * Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project financials * Excellent communication and time management skills * IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office Desirable: * HND or Degree qualification in Civil or Commercial disciplines * Experience in managing projects for a contractor in the water industry, with 10-20 years of relevant experience Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (45 hours per week) If you’re a driven and experienced Framework Manager looking to make an impact in a dynamic organisation, we’d love to hear from you - Apply Now
