Electrical Motor Engineer (EV)

Our client, an engineering group specializing in world-class services that drive companies toward zero-emission technologies is currently looking to hire an Electrical Motor Engineer. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the development of advanced electrical motors, from concept to production, within a collaborative and innovative environment.   The Electrical Motor Engineer will: Collaborate closely with the engineering team to integrate motor designs with a Design for Manufacturing (DFM) approach. Drive innovation by applying theoretical knowledge to practical motor design challenges. Design and optimize electrical motors, from the conceptual stage through to production, ensuring performance and efficiency. Perform electromagnetic and thermal analysis using FEA tools such as Ansys Maxwell and MotorCAD.   The Electrical Motor Engineer will have: An Engineering degree in relevant field. Ideally 3-5 years of relevant experience in electrical motor design, from concept to manufacturing. Strong problem-solving abilities and technical acumen. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong understanding of the theory and principles behind motor design.
