Air Conditioning Engineer

J L Facilities are currently recruiting an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer for an exciting role for one of our long standing clients. The business is approved by many top manufacturers and continue to grow from strength to strength. You will be working within retail, commercial, industrial, and leisure premises. ROLE: Lead Air Conditioning Engineer LOCATION: Covering the Midlands area SALARY: Upto £38,000 DOE You will be working within a mixture of commercial environments including commercial office space, Listed buildings, and high end residential properties. As a Senior Service Air Conditioning Engineer, you’ll be responsible for: · Scheduled service and maintenance visits on a variety of systems, including split, VRF, hybrid HVRF, CRAC, MVHR, and AHUs. · Commissioning of newly installed systems. · Fault finding & diagnosis. · Liaising with the Service & Maintenance Manager to identify & precure replacement parts. · Making sure repairs are fast and flawless to keep downtime at a minimum. · Gathering data, writing detailed reports, and creating F Gas logs and asset lists using Big Change field engineer software. · Sharing your wisdom by training and mentoring junior engineers and trainees.
