Receptionist

Receptionist TW2 Health & Fitness Club, Twickenham Full Time and Part Time hours available £11.63 per hour We are recruiting for a Receptionist to take the lead in interacting with members and actively promote our philosophy of Quality, Care and Excellence in the service we provide. The Job Receptionists have a varied and interesting role. The activities in a Health and Fitness club are wide ranging and the involvement with people is continuous. This allows for an exciting day, using your skills on a diverse range of jobs. The primary objective of your role would be to: Ensure that all the people who enter the health and fitness club receive a friendly, polite and efficient service Create a favourable first impression of the Club Have a good range of knowledge regarding the Club The Person Strong interpersonal and customer facing skills and will become knowledgeable about our facility and the services we provide Able to demonstrate competency of working in an administrative role Capability in customer relations and basic computer skills are essential requirements for this post Friendly, enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a good understanding of customer service and customer care You will be flexible, reliable, possess good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team What can we offer you?
