Damp and mould Surveyor

Job description Building Surveyor – Damp and Mould On behalf of our client, Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting a Building Surveyor for a damp and mould contract role, starting asap. The Building Surveyor role will include: Social housing damp and mould pre and post inspections Maintenance repairs and planned works surveys in occupied and void properties. Complete and deliver technical reports directly to internal teams and contractors. Liaise with management and support staff throughout the surveying process. Candidates Must Have: Social housing damp and mould experience Health and Safety legislation knowledge Surveying qualification or experience Technical knowledge of a wide range of housing stock Extensive Knowledge of Building Maintenance and diagnostic techniques Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract Contract length: 12 months Pay: £350.00 per day
