Your new role
As a Housing Manager, you'll manage a designatedpatch, with a focus on delivering exceptional housing management services totenants. This is an initial 3-month contract, with the possibility ofExtension.
Key Responsibilities:
TenantSupport: Be the go-to person for tenants, addressing enquiries, concerns,And requests promptly.
EstateManagement: Keep a keen eye on property conditions, conduct inspections,And coordinate repairs or maintenance.
TenancyManagement: Handle agreements, rent collection, and arrears management.
CommunityEngagement: Foster positive relationships within the community throughEvents and initiatives.
Compliance: EnsureAdherence to housing regulations and policies.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous housingManagement experience, ideally as a Senior Housing Officer or Housing ManagerRole.
Knowledge: FamiliarityWith housing legislation and regulations.
CommunicationSkills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with previousExperience of managing a team.
Problem-Solving: AbilityTo handle challenging situations.
TeamPlayer: Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders.
