An established Chartered Building Surveying practice in London is seeking an MRICS Building Surveyor with proven residential experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conducting building surveys, managing projects, and prioritising workloads effectively. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, client-facing, and committed to delivering high-quality service in line with RICS standards, with excellent verbal, numerical, and report-writing skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including Building Surveys, Contract Administration, project coordination for refurbishment schemes, Party Wall Surveying, and preparing Building Pathology Reports. The successful candidate will also carry out Reinstatement Cost Assessments and prepare Capital Expenditure Plans. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000, depending on experience, along with benefits such as a car allowance, performance-related bonuses, and flexible working options.
