Project Quantity Surveyor High-End Main Contractor Central London

Are you a Project Quantity Surveyor looking to expand your portfolio on some of London's most prestigious and landmark projects? We are currently looking for a PQS to join our client who specialises in high-end commercial and residential developments, including complex refurbishments, extensions, and new builds.

About the Project:

£150m transformation of a Grade I listed building into a 5-star hotel, including 102 guest rooms, serviced residences, and a private members' club across 200,000 sq ft. Facilities include restaurants, a spa, a pool, and a ballroom. The position is site-based in Central London with occasional travel to the Essex head office.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all commercial aspects of the project, ensuring profitability.
• Oversee tender presentations, contract procurement, cost reporting, and contractor management.
• Involve in business development and client relationships.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience with high-end residential, hotel, leisure, retail, or commercial projects.
• Proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor on projects over £50m.
• Expertise in contract forms and claims resolution.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Strong commercial focus and leadership skills.

• Salary up to £70,000 + travel allowance
