You will also play a key role in safeguarding children and supporting multi-disciplinary collaboration to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users. Your Responsibilities: Undertaking comprehensive assessments and therapeutic interventions for children and young people with disabilities Working collaboratively with social care teams, families, and other professionals to deliver tailored care plans Leading on safeguarding initiatives, ensuring the safety and well-being of children and young people Providing clinical leadership and mentoring to junior staff Promoting independence and inclusion in educational, social, and home environments Requirements: Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration Strong experience in children's services, ideally with a focus on safeguarding and disabilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and compassionate approach Why Join Us?
