The role will include, but is not limited to:Collecting and delivering vehicles & observing all highway laws including speed restrictionsInspecting vehicles and assessing damage; taking clear photos throughoutCoordinating and updating all administrative duties in relation to your roleA clear, methodical and clean working area which is to be maintained at all timeAdhere to all areas of Health and Safety and report any issues as a matter of urgencyFollow company processes relating to car cleaning and imaging as vehicles will need to be cleaned on return to the site, whether that is by a car wash or by hand.Supply a positive & enthusiastic approach to your working day at all timesWhat we are looking for?A full UK Driving LicenceClass 1 or 2 Licence is essentialDriver CPC in date is essentialWorking knowledge of Vehicle Recovery is essentialExcellent computer literacyBrilliant customer service skillsHalo is extremely well known within the insurance industry for having extraordinarily high performing people and since we are a people thinking business, we know that it's our teams and centres that provide extraordinary results.
