What's in it for you Circa £60,000 annual salary Entry onto the firms group bonus structure Membership of the Firms Pension Plan, with Employers contribution of up to 3% Payment of relevant professional subscriptions Inclusion in the Firms Life Assurance Policy given as 3 times annual salary Long service awards Employee Assistance Programme 26 days annual leave per year plus bank holidays What you will be doing During a Monday to Friday working week, based in the amazing Newcastle office, in summary but not limited to, you will be Undertaking both residential and commercial property acquisition surveys Prepare schedules of dilapidations Prepare schedules of condition Defect inspections, dilapidations and project work Schedule works, tender and manage projects Adaptable to take on new service streams to meet client demand Communicating clearly with clients and advise on defects and repairs Working with a range of building types from different periods, including listed buildings What you will have A degree in Building Surveying MRICS level accreditation Experience in both residential and commercial building surveying An eagerness to seek out new opportunities Established interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills A commercially aware outlook, with an ability to network TPBN1_UKTJ
