We are looking for a Customer Support and Marketing Administrator to join a dynamic sales and marketing team. In this role, you’ll be essential to both the customer support and marketing functions, ensuring seamless communication, customer satisfaction, and smooth-running processes within the department. What You’ll Be Doing: * Responding to customer enquiries, maintaining communication records, and providing timely follow-up for both current and prospective clients. * Assisting with marketing campaigns, including customer mail-outs, and ensuring marketing materials are sent out on time. * Supporting the contract renewal process, managing purchase orders, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. * Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customers receive the information they need, including updates on new products and services. * Managing and updating customer data, ensuring accurate enrolment in programs, and supporting the generation of trend reports for marketing initiatives. * Assisting with general office duties like filing, scanning, and stepping in to support team members when needed, ensuring the smooth running of both customer support and marketing operations. Key Responsibilities: * Process purchase orders with accuracy and ensure their timely completion. * Assist in executing company-wide marketing communications, such as customer email campaigns and promotional mailshots. * Maintain and update customer databases to a high standard, tracking changes for both support and marketing purposes. * Provide administrative support across the sales and marketing departments, including help with special projects. * Ensure internal documents are maintained and updated for reporting and marketing analytics.
