Residential Sales Valuer

Valuer (Sales) - £26,000 - OTE - £40,000 Blackburn and surrounding areas Monday to Friday 09:00am to 5:30pm Plus alternate Saturdays Our client an independent Estate Agent in Lancashire is seeking an experienced Sales Valuer to cover two branches. This role is working for one of the busiest branches in the network and you will be expected to hit the ground running. The main focus of the Valuer role will be generating instructions by carrying out as many appraisals as possible as well as following up of appointments to win business. You must have your own vehicle available for use and this must be insured for business use. You must have a good knowledge of the Accrington / Blackburn area alongside relevant valuation experience. Essential skills to be considered for this role A passion for property & people A minimum of 2 years relevant Valuer experience.
