CRM Marketing Manager Who are we looking for? We are currently looking for a new CRM Marketing Manager to join our CEG Digital division. The role is on a full-time, permanent basis. The location for this role can be either in Cambridge or Newcastle, United Kingdom (please ensure you mention the preferred location). As a key member of the CEG Marketing team, reporting Director of Marketing Content and Communications, the CRM Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and executing CRM engagement programs to enhance student enrolments. This role involves implementing targeted CRM campaigns, ensuring the effective use of marketing automation technologies, and optimizing data-driven strategies to improve channel performance. A strong foundation in B2C marketing, with an emphasis on marketing automation, segmentation and analytics is essential. You will work closely with colleagues to drive improvements in digital marketing and CRM practices. Other key activities as a CRM Marketing Manager: * Execute CRM communication campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize student enrolments and revenue. * Develop plans and implement targeting and segmentation on behaviour and preferences. * Assist in setting KPIs and developing reports and dashboards for data-driven optimization decisions. * Manage and motivate the CRM marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. * Support the tech roadmap and data strategy to continuously enhance our CRM practices. * Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel within CEG Digital. * Plan, build, and execute digital marketing automation strategies with support from the Content, Operations, and Recruitment teams. * Develop and implement testing plans for key digital assets to improve campaign performance. * Serve as a key point of contact for the customer database, identifying opportunities to improve marketing systems and data management. * Ensure email marketing best practices and data protection compliance & Optimize marketing automation campaigns based on KPIs. Aspects we will be looking for: * BA/BS or equivalent experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing & Solid knowledge and experience in traditional and digital marketing. * Solid experience in Database Marketing, including creating marketing lists and reports. * Experience translating business requirements into data-driven marketing executions. * Familiarity with campaign execution processes, A/B testing, and performance tracking. * Experience managing projects involving integration across systems is a plus. * Proficient in marketing automation systems (MS Dynamics suite preferred). * Strong analytical skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Understanding of consumer psychology and behaviour & Sense of ownership and accountability. * Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. * Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments. * Good time-management and project management skills & Strong attention to detail. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills We may be interviewing as we receive applications, therefore the vacancy may close earlier than the end date specified.
