Reporting directly to the Group Sales and Marketing Director, the Commercial Director will play a crucial role in driving sales growth across the organisation. Responsibilities include overseeing and optimising sales processes using data-driven insights and analytics, leading three divisions to achieve sales and profit targets, and developing an efficient sales strategy focused on people, processes, and systems. Key responsibilities include: Analysing key markets to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue expansion. Examining existing processes, statistics, and data to improve sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic leadership in sales, with strong analytical skills and a focus on driving results. You are ideally degree qualified in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Your strong leadership capability, coupled with your enhanced ability to interpret data, will inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.
