Taking manufacturing operations to the next level for production, planning, quality, H&S and overall efficiency.What's in it for you as a Shift Production Manager?Salary starting of £44,492 4on 4off - DAYS ONLY10% KPI Driven Bonus33 days holiday (Pro Rata)Life assurance scheme10% company pension matchLocation - CannockCareer Progression and accredited training program.Key Responsibilities of Shift Production Manager;The leadership of manufacturing / production operations, covering both automated and labour intensive processes, whilst seeking to automate processes where possibleInternational Management Skills of people and large teamsThe development and promotion of lean manufacturing techniques, such as 5s, 6 sigma, VSM, SMED, TPM, OEE etc, across manufacturing operationsTo identify opportunities to further automate manufacturing processesTo develop multi-functional / flexible manufacturing teams across operationsImplement different KPIs across the factory Qualifications and Experience for a Shift Production Manager;Previous experience within a senior production/ manufacturing leadership position, e.g. Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Production Manager, Shift Operations Manager, Shift Production Manager, Production Lead, etcLeadership and people management skills and the ability to build, motivate, develop and improve teams.Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing / engineering environment, practically implementing continuous improvement tools and techniques - Lean and Six Sigma.Ideally ILM Leadership / Management Qualification however not essentialThis position would suit a Production Manager, Production Supervisor, Production Team Leader
