Infrastructure Analyst Infrastructure Support engineer working with a leading global insurance company in the City. Working in a specialist global Infrastructure Support function, you will play a key role in the 1st, 2nd and some 3rd line support of the global IT environment. Responsibilities will include: • Acting as an escalation point for from 1st and second line support • Resolving technical incidents at a server configuration level • Provisioning and resolving issues on cloud hosting environment, this will involve closely collaborating with third party vendor. • Implementing security strategies, improving and updating operating environments, SQL servers and network infrastructure Key Skills: • Experienced in similar roles, a proactive individual who can coordinate with cross functional tams and resolve infrastructure issues. • Excellent knowledge of SQL • Experience within building and supporting infrastructure within AWS • Good knowledge of networking including DNS and TCP. • Ideally some working experience within insurance This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Infrastructure specialist to join a reputable global insurer, in a busy and challenging Infrastructure team with a global remit.
