The Person: Ideally 5+ years' experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager within a similar environment Knowledge of construction law and contracts Previous experience in the MEP industry would be desirable Valid CSR / Safe Pass and a Clean UK / ROI Driving License.
