Job Title: Chef De PartieHourly Rate: From £16 per hourJob Location: Clitheroe, LancashireJob Type: TemporaryWe are looking for a Chef De Partie to help fill a gap in a popular and busy kitchen in Clitheroe. The river side restaurant offers fantastic views of the Ribble Valley for it's guests and is always the place to go for locals. As a Chef De Partie you will responsible for working a section to help create classic rustic dishes alongside chef specials using locally sourced produce including small plates, light bites, mains, puddings and Sunday roasts from the kitchens ever changing seasonal menu.The client is part of a larger group that we have a longstanding relationship with so if you enjoy the companies culture and vibe, there are definitely further opportunities for work within other sites. The role is covering holidays and will cover 3 days starting on 28th August 2024. You will be paid weekly on a PAYE basis for every hour you work and in addition, will accrue holiday pay to allow paid time off when needed.
