Consumer Additions are partnered with an alcoholic drinks brand who are looking to hire a Social Media Manager for their team based in North-East London. This role will manage a team of two and work incredibly closely with the Head of Brand Marketing in devising the Social Media Strategy for the business. The role will be a full-time permanent position and based in the office 1-2 days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Crafting, refining, and executing the social media strategy, ensuring it’s effectively delivered across all of the brand’s digital channels. Aligning editorial activities across the brand’s owned platforms, maintaining a consistent tone and perspective in all content. Seizing opportunities for the brand to engage within cultural spaces relevant to their audience—using both proactive and reactive tactics to ensure we’re present at the right time and place. Supporting key brand campaigns through social media, translating broader strategic goals into channel-specific best practices to communicate the message most effectively. Grounding your work in audience insights and trends identified through social listening and analytics. Engaging internal teams and stakeholders to showcase the measurable impact of our social media efforts and how they align with business objectives. Managing social media crisis situations, should any challenges arise. Leading and managing teams, setting clear objectives and expectations for successful delivery.

What You’ll Bring To Us:

A deep understanding of how social media can build brand identity through creative and innovative thinking. Extensive knowledge of social channels and how to leverage them to construct brand equity and establish a strong point of view. A strong grasp of editorial content strategies and how they drive engagement and contribute to brand growth. Experience in launching products, campaigns, or new initiatives via social media that have met business and customer goals. A positive, people-oriented attitude, with a proactive approach to tackling challenges, campaigns, and daily tasks. A natural creativity and an acute awareness of social trends, with a genuine passion for staying ahead of the curve. The ability to inspire, collaborate, and deliver exceptional results. A commitment to producing the highest quality work, putting in the effort to achieve the best outcomes.
