Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people? Our client is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager for Mid-Long Term Childrens Homes. This role is perfect for someone who wants to lead and manage a children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £59,000 and the opportunity to work county-wide with a focus on agile working. You will have the support to deliver great results, wherever you are based.

The Registered Manager Mid-Long Term Childrens Homes will be responsible for:
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of a Childrens Home.
  • Ensuring high standards of care and promoting best outcomes for young people.
  • Leading and developing a motivated team.
  • Overseeing compliance with Ofsted requirements and safeguarding policies.
  • Working collaboratively with partner agencies and internal staff.
  • Managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Ensuring the health and educational needs of young people are met.
Package and Benefits:
The Registered Manager Mid-Long Term Childrens Homes will receive:
  • Annual salary of £55,783 - £59,010.
  • Participation in the Managers On Call rota.
  • 37 hours per week with flexible working conditions.

The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager Mid-Long Term Childrens Homes role will have:
  • A Level 5 residential leadership and management qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of childcare legislation and regulations.
  • Experience in managing residential childrens homes at a managerial level.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Commitment to equality and diversity in service delivery.
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills.
  • Registration with SW England.
