Basic salary Circa £55,000 Company vehicle Holiday allowance of 33 days per annum An opportunity to work for a Leading FM service providerAbout your role Lead all planned and reactive maintenance across the contract being the go to contact with all electrical aspects and queries. Manage contractual compliance from an electrical standpoint across the contract Review, manage and control electrical processes Working closely with the on-site management teams and relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels Working to increase the performance of the electrical team across all areas About you Technically qualified in Electrical engineering at HNC, equivalent or above Experience of managing commercial maintenance contracts Commercially astute Accustomed to being the lead Electrical contact on a contract Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issues Candidates with IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred.This role is based in Cambridgeshire with travel required You may have experience as one of the following: Head of Technical Services, Technical Services Manager, Hard Services Manager, Head of Technical, Head of Electrical, Electrical Maintenance Manager, Electrical Contract Manager, Electrical Services Manager.
